My Kinda Town

Hey friends, I am here in Chicago. We both don't know when we will start working. It is kinda a vacation for us now. Today we signed up for a gym membership. I plan on running and lifting wieghts. Erik likes to swim and lift wieghts. It should be fun. Well friends, I think more of you should work on posting. It is not too hard. You are all bright. Start posting!!

Hi everyone, this is Deidra! Yay for Colette posting cute pictures of herself. I'm on the computer without pictures, so none from me at the moment.

Unlike Colette, I am a blogger. If you click on my profile it only shows a nerdy class blog, but I can also be found blogging here!

I graduate on May 5th with my BS in Political Science. Yay for being done! Chris has been accepted to USU's Masters of Management and Human Resources program, but also might have the opportunity to move up in work, and move back to DC! Whoo-hoo! I'm pulling for that option, but we'll see what happens. (GWU, his alma mater, also has a good program in HR, so that would be a very viable option). We got married in August of 2005, so we're coming up on two years! It just keeps getting better!

So, Colette, can we come visit in Chicago? It's the next big city on my list to check off! (We drove outside it on our cross-country drive, but that doesn't count!)

Hey everybody. I thought this would be fun way to keep in touch. I am not a blogger, so if I can learn how to do it, so can you! Since you all know my backgroud, I thought I would let you all know what is going on in my life right now. I got married last May, so almost a year now! I graduate from BYU with a BS in Public Health Education this August. I am soo excited. This summer my husband (Erik) and I are moving to Chicago. We both have internships there. We will be living with his family. Should be fun!? I am interning at the Kane County Health Department and he will be interning at Nallco, which is a water treatment plant. Fun for him. He is a chemical engineer, so I guess he likes things like that.

This is a picture of me and Erik on top of the Y. I plan to never hike up there again. It was more steep than I thought! I also just got my hair cut a few weeks ago. So here is the new and improved Colette. YAY FOR BURLEY!
